The Directorate General for Forest Policy and Natural Areas of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha is organizing this course, co-financed by the EAFRD, which will cover the uses of the "Prescribed Fire" tool, specifically:

• Forest fire prevention
• General training for forest firefighting professionals
• Forest management tools
• Simulation of the effects of forest fires on soil and forest ecology

Aimed at forest firefighting professionals, emergency managers, and master's or bachelor's degree students in related fields, the event will take place from October 25th to 27th in Albacete.
