Goals :
Ï Complete the training of trainers and technicians in their work supporting farmers and ranchers to meet the diversification and innovation requirements in rural areas demanded by Community and Spanish regulations.
Ï Provide methodological training to participants to increase their effectiveness as advisors in the field of rural development.
Ï Provide information on the LEADER methodology and new approaches to Rural Development in Spain and the European Union: Policies, instruments and intervention methodology.
Addressed to :
Trainers and technicians from various administrations, Rural Development Networks and Groups, Professional Agricultural Organizations, Cooperatives and Associations in rural areas, workers in the field of advising agricultural farms and rural business owners and/or entrepreneurs, and Local Development Agents.
CONTENT :
• Management of the web platform to support the course and completion of practical cases
• Updating experiences in rural development and local development
• Update of advisory services and the CAP 2014-2020.
• Experiences of interest in the productive sector: agriculture, livestock, forestry and agri-food
• Experiences of interest in the environmental sector: water, energy, biodiversity, landscape.
• Innovation in rural areas and the new CAP 2014-2020. The European Innovation Partnership.
• How to improve communication with social media. Interesting experiences and case studies.
A web-based platform will be available to support the course, offering the following features: videoconferencing, documentation, and work forums.
Course attendees may form work teams to develop practical cases.
