The following aspects were addressed during the day:

• To share the problems surrounding the lack of generational renewal among members of Spanish agri-food cooperatives.

• Present specific guidelines and instruments to try to encourage greater youth participation in their cooperatives.

• Explaining the experiences of young cooperative members from various regions, allowing companies to better tailor services to this member profile and improve their loyalty.
