Diputación Impulsa opens the call for applications for Cáceres Talk Navalmoral , the female entrepreneurship competition that aims to highlight and support innovative projects led by women in the rural areas of the province.
The competition, now in its third year, aims to highlight the entrepreneurial talent of women from Cáceres and give visibility to innovative business ventures or companies founded by women whose activity takes place in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Cáceres .
Cáceres Talk Navalmoral is aimed at companies or projects led by women, ideally with a technological and digital base, with high growth potential and scalable and innovative business models, understanding innovation in a broad sense.
Thus, those interested in participating must be registered in one of the municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants in the territory of Cáceres and have an idea/company founded or co-founded specifically by women, regardless of their sector.
This event will take place on March 26, including round tables and debates, as well as a pitch competition, in which the participating female entrepreneurs will present their projects to a specialized jury, in a day conceived as a showcase of rural female talent and a space for connection with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The winning project will receive a prize of 1,000 euros and the possibility of accessing specific business growth training (Growth) at the C-LAB High Performance Center for Entrepreneurs of the Chamber of Commerce of Cáceres.
The deadline to apply for this competition is March 13th at 12:00 PM. Registrations must be completed by filling out the following form: REGISTRATION III CÁCERES TALK NAVALMORAL
PROMOTION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP, INNOVATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
It is worth noting that Cáceres Talk Navalmoral is part of the policies of the Provincial Council of Cáceres to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and equal opportunities, as well as to contribute to the economic development of the territory and the retention of population in rural areas.
According to Luis González, coordinator of Diputación Impulsa, with this competition, Diputación Impulsa "reinforces its commitment to equal opportunities, female entrepreneurship and the sustainable development of rural areas, contributing to generating role models, promoting viable projects and strengthening the business fabric of the province of Cáceres."
It is worth noting that Diputación Impulsa is a program of the Provincial Council of Cáceres and the Cáceres Chamber of Commerce, which seeks to promote rural development in the province by attracting entrepreneurs and investors to foster job creation, entrepreneurship, and generational succession in businesses, especially in rural areas, to combat depopulation and revitalize the local economy. It has the collaboration of the Extremadura Rural Development Network (REDEX).
